Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outreach & Lead Generation Executive for an on-site role located in Gurugram. As part of our team, you will engage in customer outreach, identify potential leads, conduct market research, and facilitate communication between the company and creators or brands. Additionally, you will support in creating effective strategies to enhance engagement and convert leads into meaningful collaborations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build meaningful connections and represent the company professionally.
• Experience with Community Outreach and Research to identify opportunities, gather insights, and foster collaborations.
• Proficiency in Writing to craft compelling communication across emails, proposals, and outreach initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Interest in the creator economy or digital marketing is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
