Grow Your Staff is looking for an Outreach & Cold Calling Executive for a US-based marketing and branding services company. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

CTC: INR 7-10 LPA
Location: Remote
Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach to prospective clients across the USA to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and research potential prospects using online databases, social platforms, and outreach tools
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery or introductory meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activity, call logs, and prospect information within CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to move them through the pipeline
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and targeting strategies
- Track and report on outreach metrics, including call volumes, connect rates, and meetings booked
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
- Proven 2+ years of experience in cold calling, outreach, sales development, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is preferred
- Familiarity with outreach and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is a plus
- Good understanding of lead qualification and sales pipeline management
- Prior experience working with or targeting US-based clients or markets is a plus
