Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Outlet Manager role located in Mumbai at Valentina Ice Cream. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the team, maintaining effective communication, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing inventory management on a day-to-day basis.

• Experience in Inventory Management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
