Job Description

Summary

  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including both dining and bar service, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, floor and bar teams.
  • Lead, train and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, from cocktail craftsmanship to table service.
  • Curate and maintain an innovative beverage menu, including seasonal cocktails, premium spirits and wine pairings.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs and manage supplier relationships for both food and beverage.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, promotions and special events such as themed nights or mixology workshops.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, sales reports and performance metrics for the outlet.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 3 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
