About the role
You'll be on the floor running the outlet day to day: greeting and serving guests, taking and preparing orders to our standards, billing, keeping the space clean and stocked, and working with the rest of the crew to keep service smooth.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests, take orders, and answer questions or complaints on the spot
- Prepare and serve products as per company recipes and standards
- Handle billing and cash accurately
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and presentable through the shift
- Follow hygiene and food safety protocols
- Refill and arrange stock; flag shortages early
- Follow SOPs and support the team through peak hours
What we're looking for
- Clear, courteous communication with guests
- Basic numeracy and accuracy with billing and cash
- Reliability and a team-first attitude
- Comfortable standing for long periods and doing physically active work
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Fluency in Malayalam; working English is an advantage
- Prior retail, hospitality, or F&B experience is a plus, not a requirement
Terms
Shift 1 - Full Time
- Shit Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly off: Sunday (weekends and public holidays are working days)
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month during probation
- 3-month probation; on confirmation, ₹15,000 take-home salary
Shift 2 - Full Time
- Shit Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Weekly off: Tuesday (weekends and public holidays are working days)
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month during probation
- 3-month probation; on confirmation, ₹15,000 take-home salary
Shift 3 - Part Time
- Shit Timing: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekly off: Sunday (weekends and public holidays are working days)
- Salary: ₹6,000 per month during probation
- 3-month probation; on confirmation, ₹6,000 take-home salary
Shift 4 - Part Time
- Shit Timing: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Weekly off: Wednesday (weekends and public holidays are working days)
- Salary: ₹7,000 per month during probation
- 3-month probation; on confirmation, ₹7,000 take-home salary
