Looking for an experienced and committed Outlet Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion and develop our new trendy Thai food concept.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and increase revenue.
Plan and develop a new trendy concept featuring Thai beverages, desserts, salads, Thai snacks and popular Thai specialty.
Design products and menus suitable for quick meals, takeaway, delivery, and catering based on market trends and customer demand to attract the new generation and lunch crowd, as well as an relaxing evening treat.
Manage budgeting, food costing, pricing, inventory, and cost control to maximise profitability.
Oversee daily operations and maintain high food quality and service standards.
Lead and train the operations team.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant operations and culinary development.
Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and menu development.
Experience in budgeting, food costing, cost control, and revenue growth.
Multilingual with good communication skills to serve the team and customers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
Strong leadership, commitment, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple business functions.
