Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outdoor sales activities

  • Conduct regular client visits to understand customer requirements and promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities

  • Promote the company's ocean freight, air freight, import, export, customs clearance, warehousing, and other logistics solutions

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities promptly

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation

  • Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and own transport is an advantage
