Job Description

Outdoor Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute outdoor advertising campaigns (billboards, hoardings, transit ads, kiosks, etc.)
  • Identify and evaluate high-impact advertising locations based on target

audience and traffic analysis.

  • Coordinate with media owners, vendors, and agencies for site booking and campaign execution.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with outdoor media vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely installation and

maintenance of creatives.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for outdoor media trends.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and permissions for outdoor advertising.
  • Frequent travel to various cities / zones as & when required and vendor meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate from any reputed college / university.
  • 10+ years of experience in Outdoor media, or related domain or media house or agency.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good understanding of local markets and audience behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
