Salary : Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives.

Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives.

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-driven professionals to join us as Associates in an Outbound Voice Process. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Promote banking products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

* Handle customer queries with professionalism.

* Provide accurate product and service information.

* Ensure excellent customer experience.

* Support customer onboarding and activation.

* Drive customer retention through proactive follow-up.

* Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Candidates with experience in BPO, tele-sales, customer service, banking sales, or insurance sales are preferred.

* Proficiency in English and Hindi.

* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
