Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing regular sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies and analyze market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation techniques, and sales reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in the IT or website design sector will be an advantage.
