Outbound Telecaller Executive

This is a contract, on-site role for an Outbound Telecaller Executive located in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, presenting relevant information about the company's offerings, addressing inquiries, and managing customer interactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer details and feedback while achieving call and lead generation targets.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to address customer concerns and inquiries
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in maintaining customer records
• Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in sales or customer engagement is a plus
• Language proficiency in English and local languages of the region is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in marketing or business communication are a bonus
