Job Description: Outbound Sales Debit & Credit Cards | Upselling

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Process: Outbound Sales (Debit & Credit Cards + Upselling)

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers to promote debit and credit card products

Explain product features, offers, and benefits to drive successful conversions

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with strong follow-through

Maintain customer details and call logs accurately

Upsell banking products based on customer needs

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in sales (BFSI preferred)
  2. Versant score 4 candidates required
  3. Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible
  4. Age up to 35 years

Salary & Benefits

25,000 CTC | 21,000 Take Home

Attractive monthly incentives based on performance

On-time salary released on the 5th of every month

Fixed shift: 10 AM to 7 PM

Fixed Sunday weekly off
