We are currently (and actively) seeking a full-time and detail-oriented Outbound Sales Manager for our Calicut office. Ideal candidate should possess the desired knowledge, experience, and skills it takes to qualify for the role. Should also be self-driven to drive growth for our business in the realm of Cybersecurity service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Connect with potential clients (calls, emails, and follow-ups) to identify new business opportunities.
Service Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of the cybersecurity services that Wattlecorp offers and clearly communicate their benefits to prospects.
Efficient CRM Handling: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Coordinate Outreach Campaign: Offer support to the sales team in developing and executing outreach campaigns.
Foster Good Client Relationship: Build strong relationships with potential customers and partners.
Improve Customer Conversion Rate: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on both current and latest cybersecurity and IT market trends to identify business opportunities.
Education & Required Qualification

A Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A 0-to-1 year of experience in outbound sales or telesales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Should possess a basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity-related concepts.
Preferred candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to seek out potential clients.
Should have an understanding of the relevant CRM tools and email outreach platforms (preferred, though not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills

A background or coursework in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
Should possess a good understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification.
Willingness to learn technical concepts and sales methodologies.
