Job Description: Outbound Sales Specialist (Agri-Subscription)

The company is a Mumbai-based Agri-Tech innovator that develops IoT hardware and software for tractor owners and farmers. Their technology allows users to track fuel usage, monitor live location, and manage Hisab-Kitab (accounts) through a mobile app. They are focused on digitizing the rural economy and helping tractor entrepreneurs increase their profits through data.

Role Summary
This is a High-Conversion Telecalling role focused on Upselling. You will be responsible for calling tractor owners who are already using the basic version of the app or have completed a trial, and upgrading them to a Premium Subscription Plan.

Working Days & Timings
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.

Working Days: 6 days a week.

Roster Detail: You will be required to work at least 2 Sundays per month.

Weekly Offs: On weeks where you work a Sunday, you will receive a compensatory week-off between Monday and Friday. On other weeks, you will have a standard Sunday off.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline: Manage a daily flow of 80100 outbound calls to warm leads (existing app users).

Value Pitching: Explain the financial benefits of premium features like Fuel Theft Alerts and Acreage Measurement to close sales.

Regional Rapport: Conduct all sales pitches in Marathi, Tamil, or Punjabi to build trust with rural entrepreneurs.

CRM Management: Log all call dispositions and follow-up schedules accurately to ensure no lead is dropped.

Requirements
Experience: MANDATORY 6 months to 2 years in Hard Sales, Insurance, or Loan Telesales.

Language: Native-level fluency in Marathi, Tamil, or Punjabi is required.

Education: Minimum 12th-grade education (HSC).

Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle price-sensitive customers.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
