Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive / SDR AI Voice & Chatbot Solutions (US Market)

Location: Gurugram (ONSITE)

Shift: US Shift (EST Shift)

Experience: 14 Years (Pure Outbound Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to sell our AI-powered Voice Bot and Chatbot solutions to businesses in the US market. This is a 100% outbound role, focused on cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting.

The ideal candidate is aggressive, target-oriented, comfortable with rejection, and experienced in selling SaaS, AI, or tech solutions to US clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound sales activities including cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to US-based prospects
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Operations, Customer Support Heads, etc.)
  • Pitch AI Voice Bot & Chatbot solutions clearly, highlighting business value and ROI
  • Generate and schedule qualified demos/meetings for the closing team
  • Maintain and update leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM tools
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed daily call/email targets and monthly meeting quotas
  • Stay updated on AI trends, chatbot use cases, and competitive offerings
  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of pure outbound sales experience (mandatory)
  • Prior experience selling SaaS / AI / Tech / Software solutions (strongly preferred)
  • Experience selling to US clients with good understanding of US business culture
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong cold calling skills with confidence handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in AI Voice Bots, Chatbots, CCaaS, CRM, or CX products
  • Understanding of industries like healthcare, finance, retail, logistics, or customer support
  • Experience with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Daily outbound calls/emails
  • Qualified meetings/demos booked
  • Conversion rate from outreach to meeting
  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets
