Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and confident Outbound Sales Executive to generate qualified leads through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach. Your primary responsibility is to initiate conversations, qualify potential clients, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1)Prospect and identify potential clients through research, databases, and social platforms.
2)Conduct daily outbound cold calls to targeted prospects.
Execute structured email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
3)Qualify prospects based on interest, requirements, and business fit.
4)Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to senior sales representatives.
5)Maintain detailed records of activities, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/tools.
Requirements
1)Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales / inside sales / telecalling.
2)Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
3)Familiarity with CRM, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
Target-driven, disciplined, and professional in approach.
