Job Description

You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales pipeline by managing both inbound and outbound opportunities, converting them into highly qualified deals, and driving revenue growth across designated enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive outbound prospecting campaigns across enterprise and named accounts to generate highly qualified SQLs for Account Executives
  • Generate qualified appointments through proactive outbound strategies including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Collaborate with sales teams to penetrate ABM-targeted enterprise accounts using strategic and territory-specific approaches
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to move prospects effectively through the enterprise sales pipeline
  • Research and identify new enterprise accounts, key stakeholders, and high-value opportunities within defined segments
  • Consistent follow ups to nurture prospects across long and complex sales cycles
  • Utilise HubSpot and LinkedIn to plan, track, and document all prospecting activities and pipeline updates
  • Run outbound campaigns for enterprise accounts across specific industries or regions
  • Partner with SDRs on inbound lead management, ensuring seamless qualification and routing for enterprise accounts
  • Ensure all qualified opportunities are effectively handed over to the appropriate Account Executives for closure

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound lead generation targeting Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in B2B sales, with exposure to Enterprise scale clients
  • Strong skills in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Ability to research accounts and identify the right decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot) and sales processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up and time management abilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with sales goals
