Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) — Work from office (6:00 PM–3:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and book meetings for sales.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead records in CRM.
- Achieve weekly/monthly outreach, activity, and lead-qualification targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Provide timely follow-up and nurture prospects through the funnel.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years outbound BDR or telesales experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working nights (6:00 PM–3:00 AM) and meeting KPIs.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented.
