Job Description

Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) — Work from office (6:00 PM–3:00 AM)

Join Elite Virtual Employee as an Outbound BDR focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving pipeline growth during the 6:00 PM–3:00 AM shift. Ideal for target-driven, resilient communicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and book meetings for sales.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead records in CRM.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly outreach, activity, and lead-qualification targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Provide timely follow-up and nurture prospects through the funnel.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years outbound BDR or telesales experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working nights (6:00 PM–3:00 AM) and meeting KPIs.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented.
