Outbound Sales Representative in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign management: Plan, launch, and oversee multiple cold email campaigns across different industries. Set up outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) and manage email sending schedules.
• Inbox management: Monitor replies, flag interested leads, and ensure follow-ups are done promptly. Keep inboxes warm and healthy using warm-up tools.
• Copy & strategy: Collaborate on cold email copy creation and editing to ensure high open and reply rates, test variations of subject lines, first lines, CTAs, and overall messaging.
• Lead list coordination: Work with researchers or use tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source high-quality leads. Enrich lead data and ensure it fits the campaign's ICP (ideal customer profile).
• Performance tracking: Analyze KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and positive lead counts. Provide weekly reports and optimization suggestions.
• Tool & tech setup: Set up and manage domains, inboxes, IP addresses, and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Coordinate with the domain and hosting providers when necessary.
• Calendar & sales support: Route qualified leads to the sales calendar. Maintain CRM hygiene and lead stages.
