Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative – Celoxis

Role Overview
Drive outbound pipeline generation for Celoxis project management SaaS by targeting global mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and research target accounts; engage decision-makers (PMO, IT, Ops leaders).
- Generate and qualify leads using BANT/MEDDPICC frameworks.
- Book qualified demos and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with AEs & Marketing to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance.
- Drive revenue growth by contributing to the company's sales and business development efforts.
Requirements
- 4–10+ years in outbound sales/BDR (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- High activity levels (calls, emails, social outreach).
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
