Job Description

Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative – Celoxis

Location: Pune- WFO

Department: Sales

Role Overview

Drive outbound pipeline generation for Celoxis project management SaaS by targeting global mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and research target accounts; engage decision-makers (PMO, IT, Ops leaders).
  • Generate and qualify leads using BANT/MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Book qualified demos and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with AEs & Marketing to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance.
  • Drive revenue growth by contributing to the company's sales and business development efforts.

Requirements

  • 4–10+ years in outbound sales/BDR (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
  • High activity levels (calls, emails, social outreach).
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.

Good to Have

  • Experience selling project management / productivity SaaS.
  • Exposure to Global markets.
