Location: Andheri East, Chakala, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office (Mon – Fri)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for the US market. This role focuses on outbound outreach, client calls, pitching digital solutions/services, and closing deals with US-based SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to US SME prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads & close the deals
  • Manage the sales cycle from outreach to closure
  • Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain pipeline updates in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales/business development
  • Prior experience selling to US clients preferred
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Comfortable working US shifts
  • Experience in digital services/sales is a plus

  • Experience handling US SME clients
  • Target-driven with confidence in client-facing sales
  • Strong consultative selling approach
