About the Role
We're Scale.jobs, a Techstars-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world-class products out of Hyderabad. We're looking for a driven Outbound Sales Executive to support and grow our US-region B2C sales efforts through high-volume outreach and strong conversion focus.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute high-volume outbound sales activities including cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting US customers
- Drive conversions through effective communication and follow-ups
- Work in alignment with US time zones and customer behavior
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and targeting
- Track daily outreach, conversions, and pipeline performance
- Continuously test and improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales (mandatory)
- Strong experience in cold calling and handling rejection
- Comfortable working night shifts (EST hours)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven with a strong execution mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve consistently
