Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated
International Call Center Executives with proven experience in
US outbound sales to join our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to handle objections while delivering a customer-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to US customers as per assigned campaigns
- Understand customer needs and effectively pitch products/services
- Handle customer objections confidently and close sales opportunities
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in CRM systems
- Follow company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall campaign performance
- Stay calm and composed while handling pressure and high call volumes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Undergraduate or Graduate qualification
- 2+ years of experience in an International Call Center (US market preferred)
- Mandatory outbound sales experience
- Must have worked in an international calling environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales acumen with a go-getter attitude
