We are looking for a Mumbai based persistent and professional Outbound Sales Executive to identify and qualify high-potential exhibitors. Your primary goal is to reach out to corporate decision-makers in specific industries and set up qualified meetings
Key Responsibilities:
. Research the prospect, company, industry, exhibition to fine tune the script before calling
Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
. Share collaterals as requested
Schedule follow-up appointments for the senior management team
. Update CRM post call and follow up as per set schedule
Required Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Business preferred)
Experience: 13 years of experience in outbound calling, tele-sales, or lead generation. Experience in the Exhibition, Events, or Corporate Gifting industry is a significant advantage.
Core Skills:
Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujrati. Ability to hold professional conversations with Marketing Managers and CXOs.
Research: Ability to use LinkedIn, Google and other online tools
Resilience: High energy levels with the ability to handle rejections and navigate gatekeepers.
Tech: Basic proficiency in CRM software, Google Sheets, LinkedIn and other AI tools
. Must have access to computer with Internet connection. This is a remote role but only for Mumbai based candidates
