This is a remote position.
This is a hybrid role combining two core functions: outbound sales development and appointment setting, plus lead research and sales operations support. Your job is to help create qualified meetings for the founder while also keeping lead lists, CRM records, and follow-up tracking organized.Key responsibilities
• Research target accounts across priority segments
• Identify relevant contacts and decision-makers
• Build and maintain clean prospect lists
• Send cold emails and LinkedIn messages
• Execute follow-up sequences consistently
• Respond to interested prospects and move them toward meetings
• Book meetings on the founder's calendar
• Maintain CRM or sales tracker with notes, stages, and next steps
• Prepare short prospect briefs before meetings
• Track both direct opportunities and partner opportunities
What you will not be responsible for
• Closing deals
• Running full product demos
• Answering advanced technical questions
• Negotiating pricing
• Writing proposals
• Scoping pilots or implementations
• Strong written English
• Experience with B2B outreach, appointment setting, or sales support
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage both outreach and tracking
• Comfort with spreadsheets and CRM tools
• Reliable follow-up habits
Preferred skills
• Experience in SaaS, software services, consulting, or B2B lead generation
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach
• Experience researching companies and finding decision-makers
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, or similar tools
• Experience supporting a founder-led sales process
