Role Overview:

We are seeking a Outbound Marketing Associate to support our business development efforts. This entry-level position is suitable for individuals with strong documentation and presentation skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge of Salesforce is not required; however, previous experience in the IT sector is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities related to CRM and digital transformation.
  2. Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, phone calls, and participation in professional events under senior guidance.
  3. Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured documents such as sales proposals, meeting notes, and internal reports.
  4. Create professional presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides for both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Maintain and update sales records, trackers, and CRM entries to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to gather inputs and ensure documentation reflects solution offerings appropriately.
  7. Stay informed about relevant technologies and services in the digital transformation space, with a focus on continual skill development.
  8. Report directly to Directors and Department Heads, assisting them with operational support and sales initiatives.
  9. Adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a positive and team-oriented approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

●      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

●      0 to 2 years of work experience; internship or job exposure in the IT industry is a plus.

●      Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

●      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●      Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and internal processes.

●      Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

●      Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable work ethic.
