Job SummaryAs part of Tetra Pak's dynamic Integrated Logistics organization, this role will sit within the Supply Chain Control Tower, supporting end‑to‑end logistics operations across the Asia Pacific region. The position reports directly to the Supply Chain Control Tower and plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution and visibility of supply chain activities.
The ideal candidate should have a graduation in any stream, with post‑graduation being an added advantage, and up to 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Exposure to TMS, ERP systems, and LC processes is preferred.
As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day planning, coordination, and execution of inbound and outbound shipments, leveraging TMS and ERP systems to drive efficiency, reliability, and cost‑effective logistics operations.
What you will doExecute daily logistics operations:
- Logistic planning of all the shipments in line with requirements and in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing multiple lines of communication between factory, customers, logistics service providers and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists and other statutory documents.
- On time completion and compliance of outbound / inbound shipment process flow in TMS and related systems.
- Continual review of shipment schedules and reporting exceptions if any to relevant stake holders
- Ensure compliance to respective trade and destination requirement on legal, transportation and customs authority.
Operational logistics optimization:
- Participate and contribute in World Class Manufacturing (TPM) activities for eradicating Logistics losses (both in costs and service level) impacting Factory and customers involving other stakeholders as needed. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive logistics activities to achieve lowest possible total logistics cost and improved service level
- Work with Planning, Warehouse and Customer Service functions to ensure timely execution of all the orders and meeting customer delivery dates.
- Secure logistics quality of service towards customers, incl. claim and complaints management / root cause analysis / loss removal
- Participate and contribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings both internally as well as with related stake holders

- Good understanding and knowledge of end-to-end export/import (Ocean and Air) shipping process.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in various trade lanes within Asia Pacific region would be added advantage.
- Working experience on SAP modules and TMS (OTM) is preferred
- Good understanding and knowledge on LC (Letter of credit documentation) would be an added benefit.
