Summary:
- The #InternationalLeisureDestination expert is responsible for promoting and selling the company's travel products or services: #Travel Package(s)toCustomers.
- This role involves understanding different cultural nuances, conducting market research, and developing tailored sales strategies for specific regions.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in international markets.
- Advises clients regarding #Internationaldestinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
- Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
- Promote and #SellTravelPackages and services tailored to specific markets.
- #OutboundCustoizedItineraryPreparation (MUST)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Participate in #internationaltravelfairs, #BTLactivities and tourism events.
- Stay updated on international travel trends and market dynamics.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
