Metaflow is hiring a Outbound high-performer
Metaflow is an AI-native marketing automation platform, and we're looking for a Outbound Engineer who operates and owns the full-stack pipeline from sourcing to close.
This role exists for one reason: generate qualified pipeline that converts to revenue.
This is not an SDR role and not spray-and-pray outbound.
We're looking for someone who understands how lists, messaging, automation, and timing compound into revenue when engineered properly.
Ideal fit
- 24 years experience generating pipeline via outbound
- Experience targeting North American B2B SaaS buyers
- Strong hands-on experience with list building & enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.)
- Run cold email + LinkedIn outbound systems that generate replies, meetings, and SQLs
- Experience with outreach automation tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Saleshandy, etc.)
- Strong understanding of buying signals, deliverability, segmentation, and personalization
- Comfortable building repeatable signal based outbound workflows and maintaining CRM hygiene
- Thinks in systems and experiments, not just tactics
- Obsessed with pipeline, meetings, SQLs, and revenue not activity metrics
What success looks like
- Closed-won revenue, not just meetings
- Predictable outbound campaigns generating qualified pipeline
- Clear attribution from outbound meetings SQLs closed-won revenue
- Clean GTM workflows that scale without breaking data quality or deliverability
- Hitting defined monthly revenue milestones (with upside tied to outcomes)
