Role Overview
This role owns the outbound growth engine. The focus is on building and optimizing email-driven outbound campaigns, improving reply rates, and generating qualified pipeline. You'll manage the entire email ecosystem, design multi-touch campaigns, and use data, automation, and AI to continuously improve outreach performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns and outbound sequences
- Own the email ecosystem (domains, deliverability, campaigns)
- Run multi-touch outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and improve reply/meeting rates
- Perform data mining and lead intelligence research
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and campaign flows
- Collaborate with developers to implement AI-driven automation
What We're Looking For
- 24 years experience in outbound growth or B2B email marketing
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and campaign strategy
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns using data
- Experience running multi-touch outbound campaigns or ABM
- Comfortable working with automation tools and growth systems
- Strong written communication skills
- A genuine hunger to work in an early-stage startup environment you thrive in ambiguity, prefer ownership over hand-holding, and are excited by building things from scratch rather than running an existing playbook
