Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Outbound Demand Generation Lead who can drive pipeline growth through structured outbound marketing efforts. This role requires someone who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns while working closely with sales to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute outbound demand generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach
  • Identify target accounts and define customer personas
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue objectives
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data insights
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign execution
  • Use marketing tools for lead tracking, reporting, and automation
  • Continuously improve messaging and conversion strategies

Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in B2B outbound marketing or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience with email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
