Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in Outbound Customer Service or as a Customer Service Associate (CSA)
Language Requirement
Fluent Punjabi (Must)
Good communication in Hindi and English
Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
Assist with renewals and customer queries
Deliver a quality experience aligned with Shaadi.com service standards
Achieve performance and service metrics
Shift & Weekly Offs
2 Rotational Week Offs (Between Monday to Friday)
