We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Corporate Sales Manager with a robust background in the hospitality sector. This role focuses on hunting new business, managing strategic corporate accounts, and driving revenue through aggressive outbound outreach and relationship-based selling.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the luxury hospitality market and possesses a proven track record of converting corporate leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and target new corporate accounts, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planners, and travel management companies.
- Outbound Strategy: Execute rigorous outbound activities, including cold calling, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn prospecting, and face-to-face networking.
- Revenue Management: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly room night and banquet revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact and site inspections to contract negotiation and post-stay follow-ups.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position our brand as the premier choice for corporate stays and events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings and group requirements.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills:
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in hospitality sales, specifically in a corporate-facing, outbound capacity.
- Network: An existing, active database of corporate decision-makers and HR/Admin heads in major business hubs.
- Negotiation: Sharp negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex RFPs (Request for Proposals) and LNR (Local Negotiated Rate) contracts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to C-suite executives.
- Local Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Bangalore corporate landscape and an existing, active database of corporate contacts
