We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Outbound Call Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
