We are seeking an experienced OTM Technofunctional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Transportation Management and will be responsible for managing the implementation and support of OTM solutions tailored to our clients needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize OTM applications based on the business needs and requirements.
- Develop test plans, execute test cases, and ensure the quality and functionality of the OTM system.
- Provide support during the implementation phase and post-implementation for OTM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within OTM.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest OTM features and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) consulting or implementation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, and Fleet Management.
- Experience with SQL and database management for data retrieval and analysis.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions.
