This is a full-time on-site role for an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant located in Nagpur. The role involves analyzing business processes, performing functional testing, integrating technical solutions with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation and operations. The consultant will collaborate closely with other teams to meet business requirements and optimize the functionality of OTM systems.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business requirements and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into functional solutions
• Experience with functional testing and ensuring solutions meet quality standards
• Knowledge of system integration processes and tools, particularly in relation to OTM
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with logistics or transportation management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
