Otm Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that leverageOTMcapabilities.

- Configure, customize, and implementOTMmodules to meet business requirements, including order management, planning, execution, visibility, and settlement processes.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate users and stakeholders onOTMfunctionalities and best practices.

- Develop technical specifications, design documents, and test plans to supportOTMimplementations and enhancements.

- Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration activities to integrateOTMwith other enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.

- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting forOTMapplications, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features inOTMto recommend process improvements and optimizations.

- Experience in On-premise to Cloud Migration - Good logistics domain knowledge
