Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Technical Lead/Consultant with strong expertise in OTM/GTM implementations, cloud migrations, enhancements, and AMS engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OTM/GTM implementations, cloud migrations, enhancements, and Managed Services (AMS) engagements.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture, technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery approach.
- Lead technical assessments and solution design covering configurations, customizations, integrations, reports, agents, screensets, and data migration.
- Provide technical governance across design, build, SIT, UAT, production deployment, cutover, go-live, and AMS transition/hypercare.
- Lead AMS delivery including production support, incident/problem management, enhancements, RCA, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to manage technical risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Experience leading OTM/GTM implementations and cloud migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of OTM configuration, customization, integrations, reports, agents, screensets, and data migration.
- Experience in AMS/production support and technical governance.
- Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
