OTM Technical Consultant

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in OTM SaaS
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, XML/XSLT, Java, or Groovy
- Experience with BI Publisher Reports and OTBI
- Knowledge of OTM configurations and integration frameworks
- Understanding of logistics processes and transportation lifecycle
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or middleware tools
- Basic knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support OTM technical solutions
- Configure OTM objects such as Agents, Workflows, Rules, Itineraries, and Rates
- Develop customizations using XML, XSL/XSLT, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, and OTM PaaS
- Build and support integrations using OTM Integration Manager and REST/SOAP services
- Provide L2/L3 support and handle enhancements and change requests
- Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into solutions
- Participate in testing and resolve defects
- Create technical and configuration documentation
