OTM Technical Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced OTM Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Transportation Management, with the ability to configure and customize solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with clients to analyze their requirements, provide technical support, and ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand client requirements related to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Configure, implement and customize OTM solutions as per business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on OTM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OTM with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in OTM applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for OTM processes and configurations.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation and support.
• Proficient in OTM configuration, scripting, and customizations.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques for OTM.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools in OTM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse teams.
