Job Summary

The Oracle OTM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to enhance logistics and transportation processes. This role focuses on technical consulting, integration development, and optimizing business workflows within the OTM environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications related to Oracle Transportation Management using XML, XSLT, and PL/SQL.

Design and implement OTM integration solutions to connect with other systems and services.

Create and manage OTM Automation Agents and workflows to optimize daily operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OTM functionalities and integrations.

Ensure compliance with best practices and methodologies in OTM development and implementation.

Qualifications

Proficient in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) with a solid understanding of transportation logistics.

Strong experience with XML, XSLT, and PL/SQL for data transformation and manipulation.

Familiarity with OTM integration tools and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with supply chain management and logistics processes.

Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) relevant to OTM development.

Certifications related to Oracle Transportation Management or relevant fields.

Experience

Previous experience in software development, particularly in Oracle OTM or similar systems is highly preferred.

Experience in technical consulting, integration development, or similar rol

Exposure to AI/ML models in OTM is a nice to have.
