Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Apply functional and technical expertise in OTM with 5–6 years of relevant experience and 3–5 full cycle OTM implementations.
Interact with business users to gather requirements and conduct gap analysis.
Map business requirements to OTM and perform application configuration.
Conduct SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve OTM-related issues during project execution and post-go-live.
Ensure successful delivery of OTM processes while maintaining service quality.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with stakeholders and team members.
