Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the execution of OCM activities across a global Veeva QMS deployment program within a pharmaceutical manufacturing context. This role is ideal for a motivated change practitioner with a consulting background who is ready to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment—supporting change planning, communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement at the site level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of change management plans, including change impact logs, stakeholder registers, and readiness trackers across assigned sites and deployment waves.
  • Assist in facilitating change impact workshops, documenting outputs, and tracking mitigation actions across People, Process, Tools, Data, and Organizational dimensions.
  • Draft and coordinate stakeholder communications including change updates, FAQs, talking points, and go-live readiness materials.
  • Support change network activation by coordinating with local site champions and facilitating regular check-ins and engagement activities.
  • Assist with GxP-compliant training coordination, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and LMS administration.
  • Contribute to adoption measurement by maintaining change dashboards, tracking KPIs, and supporting reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across global time zones to ensure consistent delivery of OCM activities at the site level.
  • Capture and document lessons learned and best practices to inform ongoing deployment waves.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of change management experience with demonstrated involvement in building and executing change plans on complex programs.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or equivalent); comfort applying structured OCM methodology in project delivery.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including communications drafting, change network coordination, and readiness tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a complex program environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills; experience drafting stakeholder communications and training materials.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to operate across cultures and time zones in a dynamic, global program.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a consulting or professional services environment strongly preferred; candidates from internal change roles will not be considered without demonstrated consulting experience.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences manufacturing organizations.
  • Foundational familiarity with GxP quality processes or regulatory compliance requirements in a manufacturing setting.
  • Exposure to QMS or ERP system implementations in a change management support capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms such as WhatFix, or enterprise LMS administration.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing rollouts or global deployment programs.
  • Familiarity with change analytics tools or project tracking platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
