Job Description

Apprentice – OTC Operations (6 Months)

Location: Work from Office

Shift Timing: Night Shift – 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Role Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our OTC (Order-to-Cash) Operations team as Apprentices for a 6-month program. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in finance operations, customer coordination, and business processes while working in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the collections team in following up on payments and updating records.
  • Assist in order validation, order processing, and maintaining accurate customer data.
  • Help execute billing activities and ensure invoices are generated correctly.
  • Respond to customer queries through email/calls and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain trackers using MS Excel.
  • Learn and support OTC processes including billing, collections, and cancellations.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and from office.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to ERP tools, Salesforce, or Zuora will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers / recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Candidates who are willing to commit to a 6-month apprenticeship program.
