Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5+ Years in OTC (US Geography)

Shift: Night Shift – US Business Hours

Week Off: Saturday amp; Sunday

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or ≤ 20 days

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Order to Cash (OTC) professional to lead complex escalations, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence across the Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, and Dispute Management lifecycle.Youll act as the L3 escalation point, resolve high‑priority issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth US business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end‑to‑end OTC processes: AR, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Resolution, ReconciliationInvestigate and resolve complex payment allocation issues (ACH, wire, lockbox, checks)Drive timely clearance of aged open items and unapplied cashSupport AR aging reviews, overdue receivables, and collection strategiesMentor L1/L2 teams, conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, and strengthen process controlsCollaborate with US stakeholders, finance, sales, and IT teams on escalationsIdentify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support automation initiatives

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands‑on OTC experience (US geography)Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, Collections, and ReconciliationProven track record in handling escalations, RCA, and CAPAERP knowledge: SAP ECC / S4 HANA / Oracle / Microsoft DynamicsAdvanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours PreferredExperience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Capability CentersExposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and RPA automation Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
