Job Description
We are seeking an experienced GBS / Shared Services Leader with deep domain expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to manage and scale global business services operations. The role focuses on operational excellence, people leadership, stakeholder management, and driving transformation initiatives including SAP S/4HANA implementations and acquisition integrations within a matrix organization.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in GBS / SSC / BPO environments.
- 15 years of people management experience in direct or matrix structures.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of O2C processes and accounting impact of transactions.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
- Experience in process standardization, optimization, Lean, analytics, and digitalization.
- Exposure to project management with accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in global, multi-cultural, and virtual team environments.
- High business acumen with the ability to make decisions based on broad inputs.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver O2C operations in line with SLAs, KPIs, controls, and compliance standards.
- Ensure alignment with Global Process Owners on policies, governance, and best practices.
- Lead and support transformation initiatives including SAP S/4HANA and acquisition integrations.
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Represent GBS in global and regional stakeholder forums and business reviews.
- Manage workload distribution based on team competency, capacity, and development plans.
- Develop, mentor, and engage team members to build a high-performing organization.
- Utilize dashboards, analytics, and data-driven insights for operational decision-making.
- Proactively identify operational risks and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Manage escalations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams to enable automation and technology enhancements.
- Act as a trusted business partner and decision-maker within the area of responsibility.
