Description

The Order to Cash (OTC) position is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, accurate billing, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders and transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for all orders.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in order to cash (OTC) processes or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
