Role Description
This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for an OTA Listing Associate. The primary responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing property listings on various Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms. The role involves regularly updating property details, pricing, and availability, ensuring high listing quality, and maintaining OTA standards. The OTA Listing Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and analyze listing performance to optimize visibility and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating and managing property listings on OTA platforms
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, market research, and data analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
