Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgeries
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use
- Assist doctors and nursing staff during surgical procedures
- Handle surgical instruments and pass them to surgeons as required
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols
- Check and maintain OT equipment (ventilators, monitors, lights, etc.)
- Position patients properly on the operating table
- Dispose of medical waste as per hospital protocols
- Maintain records of OT procedures and inventory
- Ensure emergency equipment is functional and available
Requirement: Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology, or BSc OT Technology, or DOTAT (Diploma in OT & Anaesthesia Technology)
