OT Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals during surgical procedures in the Operation Theater (OT).
• Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting them, as well as ensuring they are properly positioned on the operating table.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the anesthesiologist or surgeon.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data, including pre-operative information, intra-operative notes, and post-operative care instructions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth functioning of OT operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in anaesthesia technology or related field.
• B.Sc Nursing / MS/M.Sc(Science) Nursing degree required.
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices, safety regulations, teamwork, problem solving skills.
